湍流床反应器分子式:CAS号:性质:床层呈湍流状态且气相为分散相的密相流化床反应器,亦称细粒床反应器。其特点是:床层操作流化数高,处于激剧的湍动和混合状态;床层两相依然存在,但气泡比鼓泡床小得多,且直径几乎不随气速而变;沿床层轴向高度基本不存在气泡汇聚;床层密相空隙率较大,能容纳相当大量气体,有利于气-固催化反应;床层的膨胀量较大。由于多采用细固体颗粒,因此对固体粉尘回收设备要求较高。
