沸腾床干燥器分子式：CAS号：性质：又名沸腾床干燥器。用热空气鼓入放置有湿物料的床层中，使颗粒流态化从而提高传热系数使物料干燥的设备，如图。散粒状的固体物料，由加料器加入流化床内，空气经鼓风机、加热器后进入流化床底部，经分布板进入床层与固体物料接触，并使其流态化，达到气固两相的热交换与质量交换。干燥后的物料由溢流口连续排出。废气由流化床顶部排出，经旋风分离器组回收被带出的细粉，然后经风机排空。适用于无凝聚作用的散粒状物料，生产能力大；热效率较高。缺点：热空气通过阻力较大，风机能量消耗较大。
