绕带式压力容器分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:高压容器的一种。结构由基层内筒体和扁平钢带或带槽钢带组合而成。制造加工时,把施以一定拉力并与筒体圆周方向成一定倾角(通常25°-30°)的钢带逐层、交错地缠绕在内筒体的外表面上。当容器内通入带压力的介质后,钢带既能帮助内筒体承受周向载荷,又能与其一起承受部分的轴向载荷 ,倾角越大,承受轴向载荷的能力也截止大。由于钢带呈交错缠绕,可抵消钢带对内筒所产生的扭力。这种压力容器的优点是焊接工艺因不需深环焊缝,要求比多层包扎式压力容器低,易于制造;材料来源广泛,制造设备简单;生产周期短,成本低,因而得到广泛的应用。
