铜离子导体分子式:CAS号:性质:根据银离子导体的结构特征和相关理论设计和合成的一类铜的快离子导体,具有更高的室温离子电导率。如1979年发现的Rb4Cul6C113I7,其室温电导率为0.34S/cm。它们具有β-Mn型结构,属于复杂的体心立方晶系,其中Cu+离子占据四面体空隙中的一小部分,大部分四面体空隙是空的。四面体的共有面构成离子传导的通道,Cu+离子在其中可以自由移动。另外,Cu+离子的极化率异常大,也是构成高电导率的成因。
