催化精馏分子式:CAS号:性质:有催化剂催化反应和精馏一体化作用。它有两种含义:(1)在相对挥发度很接近但化学性质差异较大的混合液中加入第三种反应剂,使与某一组分发生反应,增大相对挥发度使易于分离;(2)催化反应过程与精馏过程结合,边精馏,边反应,反应与分离一体化,利用精馏过程把反应产物和原料分离,破坏化学反应的平衡关系,使反应继续进行。同时利用反应关系,破坏气液平衡,加快传质分离。若反应放热,还可用来气化物料,节约能耗。如甲醇与含丁烯的气体用阳离子交换树脂催化剂反应,选择性地与异丁烯合成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE),与其他丁烯异构物分离。
