螺旋分离器螺旋分离器spiral separator 姗旋分离登(spiral separator)利用静止的姗旋面对不同形状物料进行分选的装置，亦称荞子批车。在面粉厂用于分离小麦中的荞子、豌豆等球形杂质。其主要工作部件为垂直放置的几层螺旋面，利用养子和豌豆在螺旋面上运动时所受摩擦阻力的不同，其下滑(滚)的速度和轨迹也不相同而实现分离的。 螺旋分离器由进料斗、放料闸门以及4一6层螺旋面(也称抛道)所组成(图)。靠近轴线并列的几层较窄螺旋斜面称为内抛道，其外径约为260毫米;外部较宽的一层斜面称为外抛道，其外径约为540毫米。外抛道的外缘设有挡板，以防止球形顺粒抛出机外。内、外抛道的下部都设有出口管道。在外抛道出口管道上方装有隔板。螺旋分离器的总高度约为2.5米。经过筛选和磁选的小麦由进料斗通过网门均匀地分配到几层内抛道上，沿固定的螺旋线作等速下滑运螺旋分离券动，与垂直轴线的距离保持不变，因此不离开内她道。而其中的养子、豌豆等球形城较则以滚动的形式沿姆旋面向下加速运动.在离心惯性力的作用下，与垂直轴线的距离也越来越大，从内抛道滚向外她道，与小麦分开，小麦和荞子等杂质分别从各自的出口管道排出机外。外撼道的里侧为小麦和养子的棍合物，调节隔板的位t，以达到最佳的分离效果。一般荞子除去率不应低于70%，下脚料中完整小麦含t不超过5%o 螺旋分离器结构简单，制造容易，造价低旅.不需要动力，对分离小麦中的养子有一定效果，但是生产率低，而且因不密闭引起尘土飞扬。为解决这些问题，具有多头螺旋面和除尘设备的密闭式高效螺旋分离器已经在生产中使用。(陈侍良)
