砷化氢  化学式为AsH3。无色、有蒜味的极毒气体;熔点为-116.3℃,沸点-55℃,密度2.695克/升;分子结构呈棱锥型。砷化氢微溶于水;不稳定,是强还原剂;加热至 300℃时分解。在空气中加热时易燃烧生成砷的氧化物和水,在有限供氧时,生成单质砷和水。砷化氢可在酸性溶液中用金属还原砷化钠、砷化锌、氧化砷制得,也可由砷化铝水解制得。砷化氢中毒能引起呕吐、哆嗦。
