板蓝根颗粒【通用名称】板蓝根颗粒【其他名称】板蓝根颗粒 板蓝根颗粒 拼音名:Banlangen Keli 英文名: 书页号:2000年版一部-490 本品为板蓝根经加工制成的颗粒。 【制法】 取板蓝根1400g,加水煎煮二次,第一次2 小时,第二次1小时,合并煎 液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.20(50℃),加乙醇使含醇量为60%,静置使沉淀, 取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至适量。取稠膏,加入适量的蔗糖和糊精,制成颗粒,干燥, 制成1000g;或取稠膏,加入适量的糊精和甜味剂,制成颗粒,干燥,制成600g(无糖型 ),即得。 【性状】 本品为棕色或棕褐色的颗粒;味甜、微苦或味微苦(无糖型)。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品0.5g(含糖型)或0.3g(无糖型),加水5ml 使溶解,静置, 取上清液点于滤纸上,晾干,置紫外光灯(365nm) 下观察,斑点显蓝紫色。 (2) 取本品0.5g(含糖型)或0.3g(无糖型),加水10ml使溶解,滤过,取滤液1ml, 加茚三酮试液0.5ml,置水浴中加热数分钟,溶液显蓝紫色。 【检查】 应符合颗粒剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ C)。 【功能与主治】 清热解毒,凉血利咽,消肿。用于热毒壅盛,咽喉肿痛;扁桃腺炎、 腮腺炎见上述证候者。 【用法与用量】 开水冲服,一次5g~10g(含糖型),或一次3~6g(无糖型),一 日3~4 次。 【规格】 含糖型:每袋装 (1) 5g (2) 10g 无糖型:每袋装3g 【贮藏】 密封。
