凝胶色谱分子式:CAS号:性质:是20世纪60年代发展起来的一种快速简便的生物化学分离分析方法。基本原理是指混合溶质的分子按其分子量的大小不同,分别先后流出色谱柱而被分离。色谱分离中的固定相(凝胶)是一种不带电荷的、具有三维空间、多孔网状结构的物质,凝胶的每个颗粒的细微结构就如一个筛子,小的分子可以进入凝胶网孔,而大的分子则排阻于凝胶颗粒之外,因而具分子筛的性质,因整个色谱过程一般不变换洗脱液,好像过滤一样,故也称凝胶过滤色谱,又因使用的固定相为凝胶,故又称为凝胶色谱(gel chromatography;gel filtration chromatography; GFC)。
