硝化抑制剂 又称氮肥增效剂,一类对硝化细菌有毒的有机化合物。它们能够选择性地抑制土壤中硝化细菌的活动,从而阻缓土壤中铵态氮转化为硝态氮的反应速度。铵态氮可被土壤胶体吸着而不易流失,但是在土壤透气条件下,铵态氮在微生物作用下可转化为硝态氮,该过程称硝化。反应的速度取决于土壤湿度和温度。低于10°C时,硝化反应速度很慢;20°C以上时,反应速度很快。除水稻等某些作物在灌水条件下能够直接吸收铵态氮外,多数作物吸收硝态氮。但硝态氮在土壤中容易流失,合理使用硝化抑制剂以控制硝化反应速度,能够减少氮素的损失,提高氮肥的利用率。通常硝化抑制剂要与氮肥混匀后再施用。 常用的硝化抑制剂有:①商品名为N-Serve的硝化抑制剂,是2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶,施入土壤的最低浓度为0.5~10ppm时,有效时间为6周;②叠氮化钾(含2%~6%的硝酸钾)可溶于无水氨中施用;③日本商品名为AM的硝化抑制剂是2-氨基-4-氯-9-甲基吡啶。在日本,施用复合肥料时,还使用其他一些硝化抑制剂,如磺胺噻唑、双氰胺、硫脲-N-2,5-二氯苯丁二酰胺、4-氨基-1,2,3-三唑盐酸盐、脒基硫脲等。
