松涛水库  中国海南省最大的水库。位于儋县南渡江上,以灌溉为主,结合水力发电、城市供水和防洪的多目标水利工程。库容达33.4亿m3,装机容量2万kW。坝址多年平均年径流量为13.8亿m3,1000年及10000年一遇洪峰流量分别为19500m3/s及24700m3/s。坝址为不对称峡谷,河床大部为裸露基岩,左岸为变质岩系,右岸大部为花岗岩,基岩透水性一般不大。筑坝土料为砾石土,由花岗岩、变质岩和砂砾岩风化而成,一般粘粒含量为 5%~20%,很难按其粘性分清层次,故适于修建均质土坝。料场土料天然含水量接近最优含水量。    枢纽建筑物有大坝、溢洪道、导流洞、输水洞和电站。正常溢洪道位于右岸,为开敞式,堰顶宽60m,共5孔,每孔宽12m,设弧形工作门,最大泄量6300m3/s。大坝为均质土坝,最大坝高80.1m,为中国最高的均质土坝。坝顶长730m,坝顶宽6m,填土设计干容重为1.65t/m3,渗透系数约10-4cm/s。坝基处理:设混凝土止水墙,在墙下设有灌浆帷幕。为了避开河床基岩破碎带,把帷幕线设在坝轴上游约100m,把破碎带留在帷幕下游,无需进行专门处理,并在下游坝体设水平褥垫排水,伸入坝体,其上游端离坝轴约62m。工程于1970年完工,运行情况基本良好,但大坝左端受山坡地下水影响,坝体浸润线高于设计值。
