伊通河伊通河,古称“益褪水”、“一秃河”、“易屯河”,她发源于伊通县磨盘山屯、板石屯之山腰水泡,经古伊通边门入长春城,再由长春城东向北,经新开河抵农安,再经依勒门河注入松花江,长达200余里,为长春历史上的第一大河。古时的伊通河水面宽广,平时可载三丈五尺的大船。清康熙年间,在反击沙俄入侵的雅克萨大会战中,她为中华民族保家卫国的壮举谱写了光辉篇章。那时,清政府为确保雅克萨大会战的胜利,下令在古吉林城造船百艘,每艘体长7.3丈,宽6尺,船腰宽9.8尺,后身宽6.6尺,每艘装粮200石,船上载有土炮,每艘船可运兵135人。在以后的1681年至1690年间,由大小运输船组成的粮草辎重船队,以威武的长龙阵式浩浩荡荡地穿过伊通河,经古伊通边门再向黑龙江瑷珲城进发,为前线提供粮食辎重,为确保反侵略战争的胜利,做出过重大贡献。古伊通河也因此载入中华民族的光辉史册。历史上的伊通河有过她的光荣与自豪,也有过痛苦与哀伤。在近代史上,每至雨季,大水泛滥十数里,周围田地和村舍均遭水害,给人民造成巨大的损失和痛苦。进入20世纪30年代后,由于年久淤塞,水土流失,加上1939年末,“京大”(注:指伪新京至大安)铁路通车后,伊通河的水运作用大幅度降低,那时在她上面行驶的,主要为帆船,而不再是大船,长途水运也黯然失色,而由区域性水运取而代之。解放后,伊通河获得了新生。1988年在她的上游兴建了太平池水库和新立城水库,不但保证了市民生活用水,也大大增强了伊通河的防洪抗洪能力,但由于受上游水库的限制,伊通河从此基本断流。
