石莼【通用名称】石莼【其他名称】石莼 (《本草拾遗》) 【异名】石被(《连江县志》),纸菜(《广东新语》),海莴苣(《中国植物图鉴》),海白菜(《中药志》)。 【来源】为石莼科植物石莼或孔石莼的叶状体。 【植物形态】①石莼,又名:菜石莼。 藻体黄绿色,长10~30厘米,可达40厘米。体近似卵形,边缘常略有波状,或呈广宽的叶片状。体厚在45微米上下。 生长在海湾内,中潮带及低潮带的岩石上或石沼中。分布浙江至广东海南岛沿岸;黄渤海沿岸稀少。 ②孔石莼 藻体深绿色,呈椭圆形、卵形、披针形或圆形叶片状,扁平如纸,厚约70微米,近基部厚约130~180微米,长径自10厘米~1米,边缘略有皱或稍呈波状。有许多大小不等的孔。基部有盘状固着器,其附近有同心圈的皱纹,无柄或不明显。 生长在中潮带及低潮带和大干潮线附近的岩石上。分布辽宁、河北、山东和江苏等地沿海,长江以南的东海和南海沿岸也有生长,但由北向南逐渐稀少。 【采集】冬、春二季采收。 【药材】干燥叶状体呈不规则的团状物,质极松软,甚薄,极易破碎。 产广东、福建等地。 【化学成分】①石莼干品含水分11.51,灰分51.11(二氧化硅、钙、镁、钠、氯等),氮0.58,蛋白质3.61,粗纤维6.89,氯化钠10.55%。 尚含酸性多糖和糖醛酸、廿二碳五烯酸、28-异岩藻甾醇、环木菠萝烯醇,24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇,和二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭。 ②孔石莼含蛋白质16.03,脂肪0.23,戊聚糖12.27和可溶性非氮物质64.49%;灰分21.67%(中有钠4.9、钾2.9、硅1.7、磷0.6、铝0.8、铁1.6、钙1.8、镁22.1、硫17.8%);又含氨基酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸,以及十四酸、十六酸、亚麻酸等脂肪酸,丙烯酸、葛缕醛、糠醛、苯甲醛、丙醛、柠檬醛、茴香醛、香荚兰醛、异香荚兰醛、桂皮醛、香茅醛、异松油烯、α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、黄樟醚、对聚伞花素、桉叶素、丁香油酚、芳樟醇、α-松油醇、生物素和维生素B12。 【性味】《本草拾遗》:"味甘,平,无毒。" 【功用主治】①《本草拾遗》:"下水,利小便。" ②《海药本草》:"主风秘不通,五鬲气,并小便不利,脐下结气,宜煮汁饮之。胡人多用治耳('耳'一作'疳')疾。"
