氨吸收法脱硫分子式:CAS号:性质:一个古老和较广泛应用的脱硫方法。其主要优点是脱硫费用比较低,脱硫产品可用作氮肥。在氨吸收法中,按吸收液再生的方法不同,可分为氨-酸法和碳酸氢铵法。氨-酸法工艺过程由吸收、分解、中和3部分组成。根据分解反应中加入分解液(硫酸、磷酸、硝酸、硅氟酸)的不同,氨-酸法又可分为氨-硫酸法,各为硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵及硅氟酸铵(木材防腐剂)。碳酸氢铵法是利用碳酸氢铵作为吸收剂,吸收二氧化硫后得到的产品为亚硫酸铵。其工艺过程包括吸收、中和、分离3部分。在吸收和中和过程中,为了防止亚硫酸铵氧化成硫酸铵,必须加入少量对苯二胺、对苯二酚等阻氧剂。
