洪河洪河淮河支流,位于中国河南省东南部。源出河南省方城县东南。曲折东南流,至新蔡县东面三岔河口纳南汝河,到豫、皖两省边境洪河口入淮河。全长298千米。河道狭小,下游多曲流,常泛滥成灾。洪河(庙湾站)多年平均径流量6.47亿立方米,年内分配很不均匀,夏秋两季径流量占年径流量的75.5%,冬春两季只占24.5%。汛期(6~9月)径流量占年径流量的62.8%。新蔡以下可通航。
