蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)  蓝藻门(Cyanophyta) 主含叶绿素a与藻胆素的原核藻类。仅含蓝藻纲(Cyanophyceae)一纲,约有1500种。分布广泛,主要在淡水,尤喜温暖、有机质较丰富的水体,有较强耐受紫外线及高温的能力,有的种类能与其他植物共生。 除含叶绿素a、藻胆素(蓝藻藻蓝素与蓝藻藻红素)外,还有胡萝卜素及蓝藻叶黄素。贮藏养分主要是蓝藻淀粉,细胞壁内层以纤维素为主要组分,外层富含果胶质,组成胶质衣鞘。无性繁殖时通过细胞直接分裂,或以形成藻殖段方式,或产生孢子进行繁殖。 蓝藻发生于35-33亿年前,是地球上最早出现的绿色植物。大多数具异形胞的蓝藻有固氮能力,可用以提高农田肥力。发菜、地木耳等能供食用。螺旋藻蛋白质含量高达干重的50%以上,有开发利用价值。
