丁苯胶乳分子式:CAS号:性质:由不同比例的苯乙烯和丁二烯经乳液聚合而成。根据苯乙烯含量、乳化剂和聚合温度等的不同,而有多种品种,其性能和用途也不同。用作涂布黏料,其苯乙烯和丁二烯之比为(60~50):(40~50),乳白色乳液,含固量约45%~50%,带阴电荷,pH值9.0~10.5。经涂布后,使涂布纸得到最高颜料结合强度和抗湿磨擦。苯乙烯用量增大,光泽度增加,但会增大涂布纸的“硬性”。通常与酪蛋白、变性淀粉等混合使用。丁苯胶乳广泛用与印染工业、胶乳制品、纤维织物浸渍、轮胎浸渍、涂料胶黏剂等工业部门。由于稳定性较差、粒子规格较大,易受重金属离子影响,近来被羟基化丁苯胶乳逐渐取代。
