硝基多环芳烃分子式:CAS号:性质:简称硝基芳烃。多环芳烃化合物中的碳原子与硝基中的氮原子连接而成的一类芳香族化合物的总称。约有300多种。常温下一般为结晶固体,大多数呈黄色,能还原成胺。多硝基化合物不稳定,有强氧化作用。这些化合物主要用于农药、染料、香料、药品、炸药等制造的原料或中间体,如产量大、环境中存在多的硝基苯、硝基甲苯、二硝基甲苯、三硝基甲苯(TNT)、硝基氯苯、硝基苯酚、硝基苯胺和硝基萘等。通常由芳香烃经硝化作用而制得。近来发现柴油机排气和空气气溶胶(特别是粒径小于2pm的)颗粒中有些可直接致突变与致癌的硝基芳烃。它们的致癌与致突变作用比同类非硝基芳烃要强得多。芳烃环的数目或环上硝基的多少,使其致突变性有很大差异。初步研究表明,大气中的芳烃,在有高浓度的光化学氧化剂与二氧化氮、硝酸并存时,会发生硝化反应而形成硝基芳烃,一般它的光解反应要比芳烃慢,其产物主要是醌类、羟基和羟基硝基的衍生物。p-硝基甲基苯、p-硝基氯苯、p-硝基苯胺、二硝基苯胺等推荐为中国近期环境优先控制污染物。
