液氨处理  用液态氨对棉纺织物进行处理,可改善其光泽和服用性能。棉纤维浸渍液氨后,氨的分子较小能很快扩散进入纤维内部,拆散纤维分子间的氢键,并与纤维发生氢键结合而使纤维溶胀。经加热或水洗将氨从纺织物上除去后,纤维分子间在新的位置上重新发生氢键结合。棉纺织物经液氨处理可减少缩水,增加回弹性、断裂强度和吸湿性。经液氨处理的棉纱、线主要作为缝纫和针织用线,缝制的针织物成圈结构均匀,有良好的尺寸稳定性。液氨处理的主要过程,是将织物进行预烘,去除水分,待充分冷却后,在张力下送入反应室浸轧液氨。反应室保持较小的负压以防氨气外逸。纤维与氨经过短时间反应后,再经过2~3只烘筒,在毛毯紧压下用干热法使液氨气化,便可将90~95%的氨从织物上除去。然后将织物送入有密封进、出口的汽蒸室,用蒸汽强烈喷射除去吸附在纤维上的氨。出汽蒸室的密封口后,再用烘筒去除织物上的水分和残余氨。在工艺过程中从织物上所除去的氨,可以由专用设备回收重复使用。棉织物经液氨处理后,再进行防皱整理,可取得良好的防皱效果和机械性能。
