环境现状评价 着眼当前情况对一个区域内人类活动造成的环境质量变化进行评定,为区域环境污染综合防治提供科学依据。 环境现状评价的区域范围可以是按环境功能划分的,如一个城市,一个工业区,一个旅游区;可以是按自然条件划分的,如一个流域,一个平原;可以是按行政区划分的,如一个县,一个区。评价某一区域的环境质量,一般以国家颁布的环境质量标准或环境背景值作为依据。 环境现状评价主要包括环境污染评价、生态评价和美学评价。环境污染评价是说明人类活动所排放的污染物对生态系统,特别是对人群健康已经造成的或即将造成的危害。评价工作首先是进行污染源调查,了解进入环境的污染物种类和数量,以及污染物在环境中迁移、扩散和转化的状况,从而研究各种污染物的浓度在时间上、空间上变化的规律。然后建立数学模式,求出污染指数进行评价。生态评价是为了保护生态平衡、合理利用和开发自然资源而进行的区域范围的自然环境质量评价。主要选取空气、水、土壤、野生生物等项目作为评价参数,分别对每种参数进行评价,确定质量指数。再按其重要性进行加权,叠加成为总指数值,进行评价。美学评价主要用于评价旅游环境的质量。一般以旅游环境的基本功能为依据来选择评价参数,以说明环境的美学价值。
