董其昌董其昌(1555~1636)中国明代画家,书法家,绘画理论家。字玄宰,号思白、香光居士。华亭(今上海松江)人。曾任庶吉士、南京礼部尚书、太子太保,卒赠太子太傅,谥文敏。其人霸道,横行乡里,为地方一霸。但富文艺才能,工诗文书画。其画长于山水,主要师法董源、巨然、黄公望、倪瓒等,并加以变化。作画长于用墨,意趣简淡,层次分明;用笔多皴、擦、点、染互施,丰富多变。设色则青绿、浅绛兼用,或鲜丽而不妖妍,或简淡而又沉着。画面布局多取近坡树、中水、远山的三段法,缺少变化。画风天真秀润,幽淡简远。书法长于行、草、楷诸体,能广泛师法唐宋诸家,其书结构巧妙,笔致率易自然,墨色有浓淡变化,结体秀媚攲侧,书风疏宕秀逸。其绘画有《赠稼轩山水》、《岚容川色图》、《林和靖诗意图》、《昼锦堂图》等;书法有墨迹《月赋》、《三世诰命》、《临柳公权兰亭诗》、《临张旭古诗帖》及大量的题跋等传世。《昼锦堂图》(局部)董其昌著有《容台集》、《画禅室随笔》等,集中收录了他的绘画理论。其主张绘画既要师古人,也要师造化,提出读万卷书、行万里路的观点,强调画家要有丰富的文艺修养和生活阅历。提出绘画的南北宗论,将文人画家比作南宗,职业画家比作北宗,崇南贬北。他还主张书画融和,提倡书卷气。这些理论对清代的文人画产生了极深刻的影响。
