北京丰泰照相馆 中国最早的电影制作机构。创办人任景丰，沈阳人，在日本学过照相术。1892年在北京独家经营照相业，拥有照相技师和学徒10余人。后在前门外大栅栏开设大观楼影戏园,放映外国影片。因感于片源缺乏,确定摄制中国影片，遂购得法国制造的木壳手摇摄影机一架及胶片14卷，于1905年拍摄京剧演员谭鑫培主演的《定军山》中"请缨"、"舞刀"、"交锋"等场面。影片是在丰泰照相馆中院的广场上的日光下拍摄的，由该馆照相技师刘仲伦任摄影师，前后拍摄3天，共成影片3本。这是中国人自己摄制的第一部影片。1906～1909年，丰泰照相馆持续在原地拍摄京剧演员俞菊笙、朱文英、许德义及俞振庭演出的《青石山》、《艳阳楼》、《收关胜》、《白水滩》、《金钱豹》等剧武打和舞蹈动作较多的片断。1909年，丰泰照相馆遭受火灾，机器设备毁于一炬，不得不结束摄制业务。
