桃花坞木版年画桃花坞木版年画 是我国南方流传最广、影响最大的一种民间木刻画。因产于江苏苏州桃花坞而得名。明代已逐步形成自己的风格,清代雍正、乾隆年间为盛期,称为“姑苏版”。当时与天津杨柳青,成为全国木版年画的南北中心。初时生产中心主要在虎丘、山塘和冯桥一带,后迁入桃花坞。制作过程分画稿、刻版、印刷三个顺序。印制方法,主要彩色套版,亦兼用着色。风格上受传统木版插图影响,清代中叶部分作品,也受到欧洲铜版画影响。色泽仅用红、黄、绿、蓝和黑五色。题材多样,有“大庆丰收”、“岁朝图”、“姑苏万年桥”、“合家欢”、“春牛图”、“花果山”和“玄妙观庙会”等。构图饱满,形象鲜明,风格秀丽,具有浓郁的地方特色。备受群众喜爱。
