免疫性免疫性immunity生物体识别与排除外来的和内在的非己抗原以维持机体相对稳定的一种生理功能。又称免疫。可根据获得方式分为先天免疫和后天免疫，根据有无针对性分为特异性免疫和非特异性免疫，根据效应物质分为体液免疫和细胞免疫，根据产生的后果分为有利的(如抗传染)和有害的(如超敏反应)。免疫性有强弱之分，既能表现在体内，也可在体外测出。同一机体的免疫性在不同的时期既有量的增减，也有质的改变。例如，生物体对抗原的初次应答比较弱，而再次应答则不但出现时间快、反应强度大，而且维持时间长。由于机体的免疫性随时间而变化，所以要在不同时期进行精密检测才能得出正确结论。免疫系统因功能失调可致免疫性疾病。如免疫力低下则易感染，易发生肿瘤。过高的免疫应答可表现为变态反应疾病。如自身免疫耐受遭到破坏可发生自身免疫性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮、甲状腺功能亢进、重症肌无力以及胰岛素抵抗型糖尿病等。免疫系统先天发育不良可引起各种先天性免疫缺陷综合征，因艾滋病毒感染或其他因素也可引起后天免疫缺陷征或称获得性免疫缺陷综合征(艾滋病)。免疫细胞也可恶性变，例如浆细胞恶性变可引起骨髓瘤，淋巴细胞恶性变可引起各种淋巴细胞白血病及淋巴肉瘤等(见免疫性疾病)。
