氮杂尿苷分子式:CAS号:性质:又称氮杂尿苷。白色结晶。熔点160~161℃。本品可由6-氯杂尿嘧啶(6-azauracil)通过大肠杆菌转化,也可用化学合成法制得。在体内直接转化为6-氮杂尿苷酸,抑制乳清酸核苷酸脱羧酶,阻止乳清酸核苷转变为尿苷酸,从而抑制DNA合成,产生抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用。
