小儿肌性斜颈 头向患侧倾斜，而颜面旋向健侧为特点的疾病。临床上可分为先天性和后天性两种，前者是因一侧胸锁乳突肌挛缩造成的肌性斜颈；后者是脊柱畸形引起骨性斜颈，以及眼性斜颈、神经麻痹性斜颈等。此文主要介绍肌性斜颈。 治疗原则为舒筋活血，软坚散结。部分患儿早期可于病侧胸锁乳突肌发现一个肿块，质硬。出生后10多天即可发现，也有数月后才出现者。肿块一般呈梭形，有的在半年内可自行消退，以后胸锁乳突肌逐渐挛缩紧张，条索状突出，导致患儿头部向患侧倾斜，而颜面旋向健侧。并可出现颜面不对称，及代偿性胸椎侧凸。 病因病机 病因未完全肯定，目前有如下说法：①分娩时胎儿一侧胸锁乳突肌受产道或产钳挤压至出血、机化形成挛缩。②胎位不正，影响了一侧胸锁乳突肌的血液供应，引起缺血性改变所致。③胎儿在子宫内，头偏向一侧，与产程无关。④感染性肌炎所致。⑤是遗传性疾病。 治疗方法 治疗以推拿为主。常用手法有：①推揉法。患儿仰卧位，用低枕或不用枕，自乳突至胸锁端，沿乳突肌作轻快推揉法。②指揉法。用拇指在肿块周围轻快揉动，再揉肿块，以患儿耐受为度。③拿揉法。用三指拿胸锁乳突肌，自上而下施术。④拉揉法。一手扶肩，一手扶头，使患儿头渐渐向健侧肩部倾斜，逐渐拉长患侧胸锁乳突肌，反复数次。并在牵拉至极点处，维持不动数十秒，再用掌揉胸锁乳突肌。⑤再重复①法。⑥摩面。用掌搓热摩面，先健侧，后患侧。 针灸疗法常用穴位有悬钟、天柱、大椎、中渚、阴陵泉，另加点刺七星台(俞、巨骨、天宗、秉风、曲垣、肩中俞、肩外俞)。 注意事宜 ①经常作被动牵拉运动。②随时纠正姿势，以助矫正。如眠时垫枕，醒时以玩具或喂奶吸引注意力，使患儿头经常向患侧旋转，以助纠正。③病程在3个月以内者治疗为佳，治疗越早，效果越好。④此病以中医保守疗法为主，如治半年无效者，应考虑手术治疗。
