脑啡肽分子式：CAS号：性质：内源性的类吗啡肽，由5个氨基酸组成。在脑中已发现有两种：甲硫氨酸脑啡肽（met-nekephalin）和亮氨酸脑啡肽（leu-enkephalin）。自脑、垂体、肠中分离而得的一类有吗啡样活性的神经多肽。目前发现的脑啡肽有两种：（1）甲硫氨酸脑啡肽，H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Met-OH。类白色粉末。以L-酷氨酸、甘氨酸、苯丙氨酸、甲硫氨酸为原料制取；（2）亮氨酸脑啡肽H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu-OH。脑啡肽在脑内合成，并在脑内与吗啡受体相伴而存在。它们的镇痛效果约为吗啡的1/19—1/65。其镇痛作用能被吗啡拮抗剂纳络酮所对抗。脑啡肽可能是一类对痛觉传导起抑制的神经递质。
