盐酸环胞苷 ,安西他宾,环胞苷 ,安西他滨药物名称:安西他滨英文名:Ancitabine别名: 环胞啶;环胞甙;盐酸环胞苷 ,安西他宾,环胞苷 ,安西他滨外文名:Ancitabine ,Cyclocytidine适应症: 1.对各类急性白血病有效; 2.脑膜白血病有良效; 3.与其他类药物合用治疗实体瘤; 4.眼科用于治疗单皰角膜炎。 用量用法: 1.静滴:成人每次200~600mg(每千克体重4~12mg),溶于5%葡萄糖液或等渗盐水注射液500ml中滴注,每日1次,连用5~10日为1疗程。 2.肌注及口服:剂量同静脉注射。 3.鞘内注射:用于脑膜白血病,成人50~100mg溶于等渗盐水注射液2ml中,每日或隔日1次。 4.滴眼:每1~2小时滴眼1次,或用眼膏,每日涂药4~6次。 注意事项: 1.胃肠道反应有食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、口腔炎、口腔溃疡。 2.骨髓抑制:致使白细胞和血小板下降,严重者可有全血象抑制。 3.少数病人有肝功能损害,可出现黄疸;敏感病人可有血尿酸过高、尿酸结晶尿及肾功能障碍。 4.可见体位性低血压;偶有腮腺肿胀、转氨酶增高。 5.肝功能不良者及孕妇慎用。 规格: 针剂环胞甘:每支50mg、100mg、200mg。 片剂:每片100mg。滴眼剂,眼膏:5mg/10ml. 类别:眼科用药
