Sm.的干燥根茎。全年均 可采挖,除去泥沙,干燥,或再燎去茸毛(鳞片)。 【性状】 本品呈扁平长条状,多弯曲,有分枝,长5 ~15cm,宽1 ~1.5cm ,厚 0.2~0.5cm。表面密被深棕色至暗棕色的小鳞片,柔软如毛,经火燎者呈棕褐色或暗褐 色,两侧及上表面均具凸起或凹下的圆形叶痕,少数有叶柄残基及须根残留。体轻,质 脆,易折断,断面红棕色,维管束呈黄色点状,排列成环。无臭,味淡,微涩。 【鉴别】 取本品粉末0.5g,加甲醇30ml,加热回流1 小时,放冷,滤过,滤液蒸 干,残渣加甲醇1ml 使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取柚皮苷对照品,加甲醇制成每 1ml 含0.5mg 的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验,吸取上述两种溶 液各4μl,分别点于同一硅胶 G薄层板上,以苯-醋酸乙酯-甲酸-水(1:12:2.5::3) 的上层溶液为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以三氯化铝试液,置紫外光灯(365nm) 下 检视。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。 【含量测定】 照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅵ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-醋酸-水 (35:4:65) 为流动相;检测波长为283nm 。理论板数按柚皮苷峰计算应不低于3000。 对照品溶液的制备 精密称取在110℃ 干燥至恒重的柚皮苷对照品20mg,置 100ml 量瓶中,加甲醇至刻度,摇匀;精密量取3ml,置10ml量瓶中,加甲醇至刻度,摇匀,即 得(每1ml 中含柚皮苷60μg )。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粗粉约0.25g〔同时另取本品粉末测定水分(附录Ⅸ H第 一法)〕,精密称定,加甲醇30ml,加热回流3 小时,放冷,滤过,滤液置50ml量瓶中, 用少量甲醇分数次洗涤容器,洗液滤入同一量瓶中,加甲醇至刻度,摇匀,即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10μl,注入液相色谱仪,测定, 即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含柚皮苷(C27H32O14)不得少于 0.50%。 【炮制】 骨碎补 除去杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片,干燥。 烫骨碎补 取净骨碎补或片,照烫法(附录Ⅱ D)用砂烫至鼓起,撞去毛。 【性味与归经】 苦,温。归肾、肝经。 【功能与主治】 补肾强骨,续伤止痛。用于肾虚腰痛,耳鸣耳聋,牙齿松动,跌 扑闪挫,筋骨折伤;外治斑秃,白癜风。 【用法与用量】 3~9g;鲜品6~15g。外用鲜品适量。 【贮藏】 置干燥处。
