齿科颌面修复材料齿科颌面修复材料dental maxillofacial prosthesis material 齿科领面修复材料dental maxillofaeial prosth-esis material用于修复领面部软硬组织缺损和畸形的材料。主要用于修复范围较大且复杂而不适于外科手术的缺损。根据领面部缺损组织所处部位,领面缺损修复可分为领骨缺损修复和面部缺损修复两大部分。为了满足临床上的机能恢复和美观等需要,修复材料除了应用义齿材料外,还需考虑修复体的固位、质轻、软组织面柔软及模拟天然组织颜色等要求。 齿科领面修复材料主要有以下3种。 ①甲基丙烯酸醋类塑料:有甲基丙烯酸甲酷基托塑料及软性塑料。软性塑料内主要加有增塑剂。另外还有亲水性甲基丙烯酸经乙酷等,用以修复组织面,可减少对组织的压迫,并可增加固位。 ②硅橡胶:有甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、海绵状硅橡胶、氟素橡胶等。由于硅橡胶有弹性,能与甲基丙烯酸甲醋塑料结合,可配色及组织相容性良好等优点,已广泛用于领面部缺损的修复。 ③磁性体:采用钦铁硼磁体一软性合金系统,并用闭合磁场磁体设计磁性固位体,已成为增加领面修复体固位力的重要手段,在临床上已取得满意的效果。 (张彩霞)
