肾上腺素受体分子式:CAS号:性质:能与去甲肾上腺素或肾上腺素结合的受体。位于交感神经节后纤维所支配的效应器细胞的突触后膜及其肾上腺素能神经末梢的突触前膜上。肾上腺素受体激动,产生类似肾上腺素能神经兴奋的效应,并反馈地调节递质去甲肾上腺素的释放。肾上腺素受体可分为α肾上腺素受体和β肾上腺素受体,都属于G蛋白偶联受体。它们或通过受体-腺苷酸环化酶偶联,或通过受体——磷脂酶C偶联而传递信息,产生效应。
