染色体核型染色体核型  核型是指用显微摄影的方法得到的单个细胞中所有染色体的形态特点和数目,详见附图。它可代表该个体的一切细胞的染色体组成。可以通过显微摄影照片放大、剪贴和配对进行核型分析。人类体细胞的正常核型中共有23对染色体,其中22对染色体是男女共有的,叫常染色体;另1对染色体随男女性别而异,叫性染色体,女性为XX,男性为XY。女性核型为46,XX,男性的核型为46,XY。23对染色体又可归并为7组,分别以A到G的名称。A组包括1~3号染色体,B组包括4~5号染色体,C组包括6~12号染色体,D组包括13~15号染色体,E组包括16~18号染色体,F组包括19~20号染色体,G组包括21~22号染色体,性染色体的X染色体较大归于C组,Y染色体较小归于G组。
