微悬浮法聚氯乙烯分子式:CAS号:性质:指用微悬浮法所制得的一种聚氯乙烯树脂。树脂颗粒分布比传统乳液法聚氯乙烯宽,而且平均粒径较大,可用以配制低黏度糊。此法工艺特点是氯乙烯单体借助于乳化剂和高剪切机械力(常用胶体磨,高速泵,均化泵)的作用在水中分散成如1μm左右液滴,采用油溶性引发剂引发聚合。它兼具乳液法和悬浮法的特点,胶乳粒径大小可调,生产稳定。用于配制聚氯乙烯糊,进行各种糊加工成型。
