1.[Objective] To introduce surgical approach and evaluate therapeutic effect of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) double-bundle reconstruction with allograft hamstring.方法将采用异体(月国)绳肌腱胫骨股骨双隧道双束重建ACL的患者18例作为实验组,将同期行单束重建的患者28例作为对照组,术后随访时行三维CT、MRI检查,并按照Lysholm、Irrgang评分及IKDC膝关节评分标准进行疗效评价,Lachman试验对重建后膝关节前向稳定性进行评价,轴移试验对重建后膝关节旋转稳定性进行评价。
