基础托换  对原有基础进行加固和更换,以改善基础工作状态的技术措施。基础需要托换的原因很多,如在现有建筑物下进行隧道施工;地下水位下降引起房屋下沉;原有基础腐蚀或损坏等。托换技术已有数百年历史。但是,直到20世纪,由于大量兴建地下铁道,此技术才得到较大发展。    常用的托换技术有:①将拟托换的基础上的荷载传递到桩(或沉井)上。设置桩的方法有:千斤顶压入法、打入法及钻孔灌注法等。桩可能是粗直径的,定向排列的群桩,也可能是细直径的、不定向排列的树根桩。②从原结构物基底向下挖坑达到合适的地基持力层,然后用混凝土填充形成墩,使荷载传给墩;或者将基础扩大,以减小基底压力。这些方法适用于地下水位以上的基础。    托换基础施工要严格控制质量,保证原有基础与托换部分连接,使荷载能有效传递。同时,施工需分段进行,以避免原有建筑结构的应力变化过大,使安全得到确实保证。有时将基础托换与地基处理措施(如化学灌浆)结合进行,可以得到较好的效果。
