层叠电池  由扁平形的单体锌锰电池按一定方式组装而成的高压电池组。正负极都为片状,两者之间放置隔离层,组成单体电池。按照所需要的电压值,将一定数目的单体电池叠合起来,封装捆扎成一体,即为层叠电池。此种电池结构紧凑,空间利用率高,比能量较圆筒形干电池大,适于以小电流、高电压为电源的各种仪表使用。    层叠电池中的扁平形单体电池有多种构造形式,最普通的一种结构如图1所示。      层叠电池的制造步骤主要是在负极锌板的一面涂有导电性碳涂料,使其形成导电性碳膜,或把含有导电性碳的塑料薄膜压在锌板上。将有碳膜的一面与加压成型的正极片相接触。使电解液不能通过包装扁平形单体电池的塑料薄膜或各单体电池间的空隙,防止电解液蒸发干燥或引起内部短路是制造层叠电池的关键。电池要捆扎结实并很好地进行密封,以使单体电池间接触紧密并防止电芯干涸。层叠电池的制造工艺流程如图2。
