海港淤积海港淤积coastalharbour,siltationof港池和航道的泥沙淤积。各港口都有淤积现象。常是在多泥沙活动的海岸建港的严重问题。泥沙运移主要动力是波浪和潮流。对于平直的沙质、淤泥质海岸和潟湖、河口、岛屿间港口的泥沙,淤积作用各不相同。①沙质海岸。斜向波可产生沿岸漂沙,同向潮流或海流能加强沿岸漂沙的作用。漂沙遇突堤式防波堤时产生的淤积,呈三角棱体状。淤积后期,沿岸漂沙将绕过防波堤的堤头,淤积于附近和航道,部分可扩散至港池后淤积。如果岛堤式防波堤的波影区伸展入沿岸漂沙带,将促使泥沙沉积而形成沙嘴,并不断往深水处和来沙一侧发展,使航道和港池淤塞。在潟湖口门附近,沿岸漂沙可沉积而成拦门沙。②淤泥质海岸。波浪主要起掀沙作用,潮流主要起输沙作用。涨潮流将泥沙带入港池和航道,部分沉积下来,可造成港口严重淤积。③河口和河口附近。径流挟带的泥沙,部分可直接进港或由潮流辗转输送进港。④多沙海域的岛屿间的海峡。峡口会形成拦门沙,增加过峡水流的阻力而加速所挟带的泥沙淤积。防淤工程措施通常有建筑防波堤、丁坝、导堤、岛堤等。在沿岸漂沙的海岸建港时,除应建防波堤外,还建筑丁坝或岛堤,遏止上游来沙;在淤泥质海岸建港时,防波堤应伸展到含沙量较小的海域,且可在航道上挖出一些深坑以聚沙;在潟湖口门建港时,宜建筑导堤;海峡内建港时,宜排除口门及两侧的障碍物,使潮流畅通。
