压桩机 利用静压力将桩压入地层的桩工机械。用于软土层压桩,如地下铁道、海港、桥梁、水库电站、海上采油平台和国防工程等的桩工施工。 压桩机分机械式和液压式两种。 ①机械式压桩机。作业时,将桩置于压梁下,压梁两侧都装有压桩滑轮组。钢丝绳从卷扬机引出,绕过桩架顶梁上的导向滑轮,再顺次绕过压梁上的动滑轮和桩架底部的定滑轮,卷扬机卷进钢丝绳,逐步将压桩滑轮组收紧,通过压梁将整台压桩机的重量和配重施加于桩顶上,克服桩与土壤间的摩擦阻力,将桩逐渐压入土中。桩架顶梁上有起升滑轮组,用以吊桩就位,桩架中间有龙门,以导引沉桩方向。钢丝绳穿绕必须合理,使受力均衡。两台卷扬机力求同步。为抵消牵引速度的差异,顶梁上有平衡滑轮组,并将左右两压桩滑轮组的钢丝绳相联。桩架下部两侧为敷设有铁轨的船形轨座。作业时,吊起轨座,整机支承在中央机座上。移位时,两侧轨座前移搁地,行走轮在铁轨上滚动。适合在粘土、淤泥土和砂土中压设混凝土桩和钢桩。 ②液压式压桩机。由桩架、吊桩起重机、液压夹桩器、压桩液压缸和电气设备等部分组成。桩架是整机支承部分,装有主平台、导向平台、立柱和下部行走台车。吊桩起重机装于立柱顶端,用以吊桩就位。作业时,液压夹桩器夹紧桩头,再由一对压桩液压缸推压夹桩器,使桩下沉。一机装有若干对压桩液压缸,可同时压若干根桩。电气设备用于驱动主泵运转、机械行走。适于在回填土、淤泥、粘土等场地压设型钢或工字钢桩,宜于城市施工。 压桩机作业时,不损坏桩头,桩身不受弯,无噪声、无振动冲击,对周围环境和建筑物影响小,不破坏土地结构。在压桩过程中可从压力表直接读得桩的承载能力,不需另做试验。工作平稳,能压能拔,但设备笨重,不能压设斜桩,使用有局限性。
