建筑设计建筑设计architecturaldesign建筑师根据建设任务，经过构思，用方案、图纸、模型等手段表达设计意图，并作为营造建筑实体的依据的一种艺术创作过程。它既要满足人们的物质生活需要，又要满足人们的精神生活要求。在建筑设计过程中，要综合考虑总体、环境构思、建筑功能、建筑技术、建筑艺术处理等问题。在古代，建筑设计和施工没有明确的界限，施工的组织者和指挥者往往就是设计者。因此，在欧洲通常由石匠首脑承担设计任务；在中国则由木匠首脑承担。近代西方文艺复兴时期建筑有了较大的发展，设计与施工逐步分离，产业革命时期成为专门的学科。中国于清代后期在外国的影响下，逐步形成建筑设计专业。建筑设计涉及建筑学、结构学，以及给水、排水、供暖、空气调节、电气、煤气、消防、防火、自动化控制管理、建筑声学、建筑光学、建筑热工学、工程估算、园林绿化等方面的知识，需要各学科技术人员密切合作。建筑设计的基本程序大体有：搜集资料、初步方案、初步设计、技术设计、施工图和详图设计5个阶段。设计程序可根据建筑工程的难易程度有所增减。
