钢管混凝土结构施工钢管混凝土结构施工construction of concrete depositing steel pipe structure gangguan hunn旧gtuJ一egou shjgong钢管混凝土结构施工(eonstruetion of con-erete depositing steel pipe strueture)钢管混凝土结构是利用钢管与灌入管中的混凝土共同作用的原理设计的一种复合结构。它兼有钢管结构和钢筋混凝土结构的优点,承载力较高,塑性和韧性较好,可节省材料,缩短工期,目前已在工业和民用建筑工程柱系统中应用。钢管混凝土结构柱施工程序如图。六饰(定施讨月管柱八开设扫卜心月管柱八卜部结矛匆尧灌僧汾、处理陇乃 回流装里 钢管混凝土柱施工程序网络图 钢梵段节的制作管材优先采用螺旋焊接钢管,也可用滚床自行卷管,卷管方向应与金属压延方向一致。根据板厚开始板端坡口,坡口端应与管轴垂直,尽可能采用自动焊接。管肢和各种腹杆焊成后都需进行构件调直。过长的管肢无法进行运输时,应在制作厂进行预组装,经检查合格后再拆开分段运输。 部件组合拼装制成的钢管段节,经检验合格后严格按照规定的工艺要求程序在专用胎具上进行拼装组合,并注意下列事项:(1)管肢对接宜采用分段反向焊接工艺.严格保持焊后管肢的平直。焊接前对小口径钢管应采用点焊定位;对大口径钢管可用附加筋在管外作对口联焊。(2)重要受力管肢,应在管内接缝处加设附加垫圈,并与管内壁保持0.smm的膨胀间隙,以确保焊缝根部质量。(3)主肢钢管与附属焊件的间隙应按饭金展开图进行放样和切割。当节点处的焊接道数较多时,应选择合理的焊接顺序,以减少焊接内应力与变形。(4)钢管构件经检查合格后,应按设计要求进行防腐处理。 结构件安装为了加快安装进度和减轻吊装重量,宜先将空管构件按承重骨架方式进行安装,然后再向管内填灌混凝土。事先应对钢管结构进行强度和稳定性验算。对于多层框架结构可采取分层施工、构件分层安装和分层灌筑混凝土的方法。为了减少柱肢的安装接头,尽可能采用长柱吊装法,即一次吊装的柱高范围可以有2~5层梁板,这样可构成空间框架,为各层主次梁安装及楼板施工提供工作面,以便于进行主体交叉作业。长柱擂入杯口后应立即校正、加固,填筑混凝土固定柱脚,并用缆绳加以固定,然后吊装机械方可脱钩,在杯口二次灌浆后拆除缆绳。第一层钢管柱和主、次梁内混凝土填筑完毕后,结构已有稳固的基层。第二节柱肢的安装。可依靠塔吊式起重机对中校直,完成第一道焊缝后脱钩,然后进行补焊。 管内混凝土填筑空钢管安装成竖向构件后,混凝土采用竖向灌筑补充,由于抛落高度大,混凝土凭其自重无需振捣即能冲压密实。
