桥面伸缩缝 设于桥梁上部结构活动端、桥面断缝处的伸缩装置。用以保证上部结构在温度变化、混凝土收缩和徐变,以及荷载作用下,在该处的变位能够实现,而不产生额外的附加内力,并能保证行车平顺。 伸缩缝设置在上部结构的活动端和桥台,以及各联(孔)上部结构衔接处。公路桥在车行道和人行道上沿桥的横方向通长设置,栏杆在接缝处亦须中断以保证结构的自由变位,避免拉裂;在接缝处的桥面防水层仍应妥善铺设,防止雨水侵蚀承重结构。如采用敞口式的桥面伸缩缝,还应考虑便于清除污物,并在缝下设置截水和引水装置,使积水排出桥外。铁路桥同理也需设伸缩缝,在道碴桥面中,应考虑防止道碴坠落缝中的措施。 伸缩缝处有位移,且承受水平荷载和车轮的拍击作用,如设计不当容易导致伸缩缝的过早损坏,影响作用,增加养护费用。良好的桥面伸缩缝应能适应承重结构在水平和竖直方向的位移和转动,保证路面连续和平整,锚固可靠,防水防尘,在城市桥梁中还应尽可能减少因车辆通过而发生的噪声。 桥面伸缩缝主要根据桥梁跨度、接缝伸缩量大小来选用,分刚性伸缩缝和弹性伸缩缝两类。 刚性伸缩缝 主要用钢材覆盖接缝,靠其滑移变位来适应上部结构的变位,有锌铁皮伸缩缝、钢板伸缩缝、梳形板伸缩缝、滚曳式伸缩缝等。①锌铁皮伸缩缝。为用U型长条锌铁皮嵌设在桥面板的缝槽内,其中填以弹性防水材料(沥青砂等),上覆路面,用于伸缩量小于10毫米的场合。②钢板伸缩缝。系用厚约15~20毫米的钢板覆盖在接缝处,钢板一侧焊接在锚固于桥面板中的角钢上,另一侧为活动的,支承在相对的锚固角钢上,钢板下的接缝内须设排水槽,适用于伸缩量在20~50毫米的场合。③梳形板伸缩缝。是一种能适应大伸缩量的伸缩缝,用两块梳状钢板对口衔接,覆盖于桥面接缝之上。因状似手指交错,亦称指板伸缩缝。梳板之上加覆钢盖板,以防污物嵌进缝隙影响伸缩,最大伸缩量可达400毫米。④滚曳式伸缩缝。为一种特大伸缩缝,因系联邦德国DEMAG公司所创制,亦称德马克伸缩缝(图1),用ST52钢材制成,采用滚曳式移动构造,伸缩量大,达2000毫米,适用于长跨以及联长(多孔联结不断)较大的连续梁桥。 刚性伸缩缝主要采用钢板与桥梁结构刚性连接,运营日久,锚固件松动,容易导致路面碎裂,且为敞口式构造,不能防水防污,易造成桥梁病害,养护维修费用很大。 弹性伸缩缝 有橡胶带和型钢组装而成的弹性伸缩缝,能满足结构变位的要求,防水防尘性能好,噪声小,尤其是现代桥梁为了高速平稳行车,要求采用桥面伸缩缝少,而变形量集中的大伸缩缝时,更有其实用价值。 图2为中国采用的小变形量的橡胶伸缩缝,由型钢与镶嵌其间的具有孔洞的橡胶带组成,变位借橡胶带的伸缩来实现,有80×40、90×50、100×50、 120×50毫米(宽度×高度、长度视需要而定)等系列规格。前两种适用于跨度10~40米、伸缩量为20~30毫米的中小桥梁,后两种适用于跨度40~80米、伸缩量为40~60毫米的大跨度桥梁。 图3为近年来国外采用推广的橡胶伸缩缝,由抗老化、耐气温、能防水和可拆换的橡胶带及型钢组装而成。当增减中间的型钢和橡胶带时,即可构成适应各种大、小伸缩量要求的伸缩缝,最大伸缩量可达960毫米。中国重庆长江公路桥(预应力混凝土T形刚构)已采用了类似这种构造的大型伸缩缝,伸缩量可达200毫米。 在伸缩量和角变位都很大的特大跨度桥梁如悬索桥中,需进行专门研究,采用特别设计的缓冲梁(伸缩梁)。
