PHC分子式:C11H16NO3分子量:209.13CAS号:熔点:84~87℃性状:白色结晶粉末,微带特殊气味。溶解情况:20℃水中溶解度约0.2%,溶于大多数有机溶剂。用途:残杀威为飞内吸性氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用,击到快,速度接近敌敌畏,持效期长。能杀体外寄生虫、家庭卫生害虫(蚊、蝇、蟑螂等)和仓贮害虫。以1~2g有效成分/平方米剂量,喷1%悬浮液防治猎蝽,配蝇饵比敌百虫好。在作物上最后一次用药,应在收获前4~21天。制备或来源:邻异丙基酚溶解在脱水二噁烷中滴加甲基异氰酸酯和三乙胺,反应混合液逐渐升温,冷却,析出结晶,加石油醚后,结晶完全析出,收集结晶生成物,即残杀威。副产物尿素用石油醚和水洗涤,除去溶剂,减压、50℃下干燥,从苯中重结晶,回收残杀威。制剂有:原药,有效成分含量95~98%。备注:在强碱性介质中不稳定,PH10、20℃时的半衰期为40min。急性经口毒性LD50(mg/kg):雄大白鼠90~128,雌大白鼠104,雄小白鼠100~109,雄豚鼠40。雄大白鼠急性经皮毒性LD50为800~1000mg/kg。以含有250mg/kg残杀威的饲料喂雄、雌大白鼠两年,无危害;以含750mg/kg残杀威的饲料喂饲雌、雄大白鼠两年,雌大白鼠的港肝重增加,在其他方面没有不利影响。对蜜蜂有高毒。鲤鱼TLm(48h)为10mg/L以上。稻米的允许残留量为1.0mg/L。ADI为0.02mg/kg。类别:杀虫剂
