灌注桩灌注桩cast-in-situ concrete pile (药眼),将炸药和电雷管装入药眼内,引爆后药眼扩大而成桩孔,此法适用于含水量小于22%的地层。(2)药管法。用钻机在地层中挖出直径为6~scm的孔洞,将直径为1.5~3.ocm的炸药管和电雷管放入孔洞内,引爆后孔洞扩大而成孔。此法适用于含水量较大的地层。 人工挖孔法人工在地层中挖土成桩孔的方法。此法适用于地下水位较深的一般土层,不适用于粉细砂、有层压水和潜流的地层。成孔遇到硬层时,可用风镐或松动爆破法掘进。开挖时应安装护壁模板,开挖过程中遇到流砂和流动性淤泥时,可采用钢护简或降水方法处理。作业时,桩孔内应有照明和送风设施。 清孔成孔后的孔底沉渣或浮土清理工作。采用螺旋钻孔机成孔时,成孔后应用夯锤将孔底浮土夯实;采用冲抓式冲孔机成孔时,成孔后应继续换浆,用反循环法或用特制勺斗清渣,在地下水位较浅的软土地层,采用潜水式钻孔机或装有螺旋钻的冲抓式冲孔机钻进取土成孔时,钻渣可用压力水将其冲成泥浆后排出。浮土和钻渣的厚度可用沉渣测定仪测出。 桩身配筋桩承受偏心荷载或水平荷载时,桩身全长配筋;桩只承受垂直荷载时,桩身仅顶部配筋,桩身应与承台牢固联结。 浇注混凝土混凝土落距大于Zm时,应使用吊桶或溜槽浇注,以防混凝土产生离析。桩孔内的地下水或渗水量大于lm,/h时,应采用水下浇注混凝土。采用锤击法下沉桩管时,‘仅顶部配筋的桩身混凝土可一次浇注至桩顶;全长配筋的桩身混凝土,第一次可浇注至孔底,待桩管内放入钢筋笼后再浇注至桩顶。采用振动法下沉桩管时,桩管灌满混凝土后,应先振动5~105,然后再拔出桩管,边振边拔,每拔起。.5~1.om后停拔,振动5~105,如此反复直至桩管全部拔出。拔管速度一般土层为1.2~1.sm/min,软土层为0.6~0 .sm/min。 成孔机械常用的成孔机械有螺旋式钻孔机,潜水式钻孔机和冲抓式冲孔机。这些机械以履带式挖掘机或起重机的底盘为底架,其上设置龙门导杆,以支承钻具和引导钻孔方向。挖掘机和起重机的发动机作为钻孔机的动力装置、沉管成孔法所用的振动沉桩机、落锤和汽锤见预制桩。 螺旋式钻孔机适用于民用和小型工业建筑的取土成孔.此机利用螺旋钻杆钻孔,螺旋钻杆通过上、下导架支承于桩架导杆上,其上端装有驱动螺杆钻进的动力头,下端装有硬质合金刀刃的钻头,作业时钻渣沿螺杆导槽自动排出。此外,还有冻土钻孔机和短螺旋钻孔机。潜水式钻孔机适用于地下水位较浅的软土地层的桩基取土成孔。由潜水电动机、行星齿轮减速器和笼式钻头组成。
