静力试验 结构试验的内容之一,借以观察和研究飞行器结构或构件在静载荷作用下的强度、刚度以及应力、变形分布情况,是验证飞行器结构强度和静力分析正确性的重要手段。全尺寸结构静力试验的加载系统比较复杂。20世纪40年代以前,静力试验时将飞机仰置,用铅粒或砂粒装在袋中模拟机翼分布载荷;用铁块吊在绳索上模拟集中载荷,方法简陋。以后改用电动机械加力器或液压作动筒和千斤顶加载。从40年代开始全尺寸结构静力试验都通过杠杆系统加载,并采用多点协调加载系统,保证各加载器能按预定比例加载,在结构破坏时能自动卸载,以避免破坏部位的继续扩大。70~80年代,静力试验已采用电子计算机控制的电动液压伺服系统自动闭合回路协调加载系统,有上百个加载器、几百个加载点、几百个测量通道、几千个应变片,并用电子计算机进行数据采集和处理。 静力试验大厅有特殊的建筑要求,具有承力顶棚、承力地坪等设施,大厅的有效空间尺寸和承载能力决定被试机种的最大尺寸和最大吨位。承力顶棚的高度根据多层杠杆系统布置的需要决定。全尺寸结构静力试验的应变和挠度测量主要采用电测法,即在试件上粘贴电阻应变片,并布置电位移计。零构件静力试验采用电测法、光测法和机械法,较先进的技术有光弹性法、激光全息法(包括全息光弹性)和X射线测残余应力法等。 飞行器静力试验的常规程序是:先进行预加载荷试验,用20%~30%使用载荷拉紧试件,消除间隙,随即卸载;然后逐级加载至使用载荷。结构变形不应妨碍飞行器正常工作,并在卸载后无显著残余变形(例如残余挠度不超过在使用载荷下总挠度的 5%;残余应变不超过0.2%)。在再次加载到使用载荷后,继续对应变、挠度进行监控测量,逐级加载至设计载荷,要求保持一段时间(如不少于3秒钟),结构不破坏。最后选各种设计情况中最严重的一种进行破坏试验,确定结构剩余强度系数。在某些验证试验中,也可能仅加载到使用载荷或验证载荷。(见彩图)
