预制桩预制桩precast pile yuzhl zhuang预制桩(preeast pile)在工厂或工地加工制作的钢筋混凝土成品桩.通常制成实心方形或锥形断面,用离心法可制成空心圆形断面(管桩).沉桩的施工方法有锤击法、振动法、压入法、旋入法和射水法。 锤击法以锤的冲击力克服土对桩的阻力,使桩沉入地层中的施工方法。锤击法是常用的沉桩方法一般适用于硬塑、软塑粘性土。在用于砂土和碎石土时,可结合使用钻孔法或射水法。打桩设备由桩架、桩锤和供给桩锤以动能的动力设备等组成。 桩架是一搭架结构。桩架后部设有卷扬机,用以起吊桩和桩锤;桩架前面设有由两根导杆组成的导向架,用以控制打桩方向。桩架有多种类型,按桩架龙门的结构分有:(1)具有固定龙门的桩架;(2)具有能使桩锤降入基坑而低于桩架底部标高的活动龙门的桩架,(3)具有可在一个或两个平面内打斜桩的倾斜龙门的桩架。按桩架材料分有木制的桩架和金属的桩架。按移动方法分有:(1)塔式桩舞(2)装在特殊车架上,可以沿轨道在一个方向或两个互相垂直方向移动的桩架;(3)水上打桩用的浮式桩架;(4)起重机式桩架。 桩锤常用的桩锤有:落锤、汽锤、柴油锤、液压锤。(1)落锤打桩机的桩锤是一长方形或圆柱形的钢制块体,由卷扬机角吊钩提升,脱钩后即沿导向架自由下落打桩。(2)汽锤打桩机的桩锤由锤头和锤座组成。以蒸汽或压缩空气为动力。有单动汽锤和双动汽锤两种。单动汽锤以柱塞或汽缸作为锤头,靠气体驱动锤头上升,切断进气阀门后靠其自重沿锤座导杆下落打桩。双动汽锤一般由加重的柱塞作为锤头,以汽缸作为锤座,靠气体驱动锤头上升,再驱动锤头向下冲击打桩。(3)柴油锤打桩机的桩锤也是由锤头和锤座组成。靠柴油受高温高压后燃爆产生的强大压力驱动锤头工作。柴油锤按其构造形式分导杆式和筒式两种。导杆式柴油锤以柱塞为锤座压在桩帽上,以汽缸为锤头沿两根导杆升降。简式柴油锤以汽缸作为锤座,以柱塞作为锤头,可在汽缸中上下运动。(4)液压锤打桩机是一种新型打桩机,由汽缸和柱塞组成。以油液压力为动力。柱塞靠油液压力在缸体内上下移动打桩。 振动法利用振动锤的振动力,克服土对桩的阻力,使预制桩沉入地层中的施工方法。振动打桩机由振动器、夹桩器、传动装置和电动机等组成。作业时,振动器是用起重机吊起,装于桩顶就位。振动器的激振部分是成对的水平转轴。在转轴上有若干块质量和形状相同的偏心块,对称布置,由一对相同的齿轮传动,转速相同,转向相反,两轴运转时产生的扰动力在水平方向相互抵消,在垂直方向相互叠加,形成激振力,促使桩身振动下沉。振动器变频有机械式、气压式、液压式、电磁式等。夹桩器在振动器下部,操纵方式有杠杆式、液压式、气压式等。在粘性土中打桩宜使用冲击式振动打桩机。冲击式振动打桩机的振动器与夹桩器之间采用弹性连接,在振动器下面和夹桩器上面分别设有锤头和砧座。
