基于过程的钣金全生命周期成本估算研究目前，对于钣金的研究一般都是排样、折弯、冲压以及成形等，对于钣金的成本估算研究很少。传统的钣金成本以经验为基础进行估算，并且一般只是关注生产成本。本文提出了基于全生命周期的成本估算方法，并引进人工神经网络调整成本估算结果，使之更接近实际成本。这样，可以快速得到合理报价，将成本估算拓展到全生命周期，拓展了获得利润的途径。一、 引言 钣金因其外形美观、轻巧、加工方便、成本低廉等特点，在电子产品结构、机械制造、石油化工、船舶、航空航天、国防军事等领域被广泛应用。许多大学、研究所等科研机构对钣金进行了深入的研究，但是这些研究一般是对钣金排样、钣金折弯、钣金冲压、钣金成形以及CAD/CAM/CAPP集成等方法、优化的研究，而对钣金的成本估算研究很少。成本是现代企业增强竞争力必须重视的五大因素（Time、Quality、Service、Cost、Environment）之一，通过估算成本可以快速得到合理的报价，抢占市场先机，同时保证企业获得一定的利润；给企业管理者提供产品成本估计数据，为企业制定发展计划和战略决策提供依据。 传统的钣金成本估算一般是以经验为基础，进行手工估算。这种估算费时费力并缺乏科学依据，具有随意性。并且以往的成本估算一般重视生产成本，而忽视其他成本。随着技术的发展和竞争的激烈，仅限于生产过程的利润空间越来越小了。先进制造技术的研究和发展提出了一些理论，将传统的生产、销售利润来源拓展到设计、物流、库存、回收等全生命周期的各个阶段。精良生产（Lean Production）的核心思想就是去掉不增值作业链，最终达到包括市场在内的生产各方面的最好效果。其主要支柱之一——准时生产（Just In Time）是通过减少库存来减少成本。它把物流管理作为一种科技创新的范畴和管理理念，被广泛地认为是企业降低物耗、提高劳动生产率以外的第三利润源泉。基于过程的钣金全生命周期成本估算是按照钣金全生命周期的流程，以时间轴为基准，对包括设计、制造、检测、销售、使用、维修、报废等阶段全生命周期的成本进行科学估算，并探讨全生命周期的各阶段对产品总成本的影响。全生命周期成本估算是一种考虑环境问题下的企业决策方法，它将环境和其他内部成本与企业的行为对于环境和人类健康的外部影响及其成本与收益相结合。 产品的全生命周期（All Life Cycle）包括：产品的设计阶段、制造阶段、销售阶段、使用阶段和回收重用期的整个闭环周期。许多理论的提出是基于全生命周期的，一些研究机构总结多年的研究成果，提出了生命周期分析（LCA Life Cycle Analysis）方法、全生命周期设计（LCD Life Cycle Design）、全生命周期的绿色制造等。
