晋陕蒙接壤地区自然资源晋陕蒙接壤地区自然资源natural resources of Jinshan-meng jierang diqu 1 inshanmeng Jierang diqu ziran ziyuan晋陕蒙接壤地区自然资源(natu耐resou二es of Jins-h~ng腼sition region)晋陕蒙接壤地区由山西、陕西、内蒙古的河曲、保德、偏关、兴县、定边、靖边、横山、愉林、神木、府谷、达拉特旗、托克托、东胜、伊金霍洛旗、准格尔旗、清水河等16个市县(旗)组成。面积约6.9万平方千米。 该区是中国已知能源资源最为丰富的区域。已探明含煤面积近3万平方千米，煤炭保有储量约2505亿吨，约占全国的26.2%。煤质优越，具有“三低一高”的特点:原煤灰分低(一般低于10%)、含磷量低(平均0.03%~0.伪%)、含硫量低(低于0.7%)、发热量高(一般为6《X刃~7《X幻大卡/千克)。煤炭埋藏浅、煤层厚、地质构造简单，许多地段可大规模露天开采。由于开采条件优越，使该区吨煤成本可低于中国统配矿平均水平的20%左右。特优动力煤主要集中在神(木)府(谷)煤田和东胜煤田。以靖边为中心的陕甘宁天然气田探明天然气储量1727亿立方米，远景储量3.6万亿立方米，约占全国12%，且仍在勘探中。其中还有少量石油分布。 其他矿产资源亦较丰富，铝土矿已探明约1.4亿吨，远景储量超过2亿吨，主要分布在府谷、兴县、保德、河曲。在达拉特旗境内探明特大芒硝矿，硫酸钠储量丰富。定边县盐储量较多。 该区沿黄河部分地段因邻近黄河，又有一定的地下水资源，水资源相对富集，再配合以必要的引水工程措施，可保证工业用水。 晋陕蒙接壤区土地开阔，人均土地多达31亩，人均耕地3.6亩，在此建设电厂、电站一般没有占地困难，为保障大规模地发展电力工业提供了有利条件。 水力资源主要集中在黄河干流万家寨及龙口等地区，目前已在进行开发。 本区地处中国农牧交错带中西段，南部黄土丘陵纵横，北部流沙漫布。〕10℃积温为2500~3《XX)℃，无霜期lro~2(X)天，年均太阳总辐射量在55x1)~印xl了焦耳/平方米，光热条件满足一年一熟或一年二熟，适于多种温带作物如小麦、糜、谷等生长。但年降水量仅3(X)~粼刃毫米，降水的季节分布不均，约2/3的雨量集中在7~9月，年变率达22%~34.4%，易发生旱灾，局部低地偶发洪涝灾害，水土流失严重。 该区地处温带草原，牧草资源丰富，有几百种牧草，可牧养孚L肉役兼用牛、白绒山羊、小尾寒羊等。(葛岳静)
