惰性气体灭火法惰性气体灭火法fire extinguishing with inert gas duoX;ng qltlm{ehuo士a惰性气体灭火法(fire extingui、hing witl、，n-ert gas)从地面或井下向已封闭的火区灌注惰性气体氮或二氧化碳使火灾熄灭的方法。氮气灭火已在中国大厂一矿务局铜坑矿应用此法扑灭火灾快，容易恢复生产。它既可单独使用，也可作为灌浆灭火的辅助措施但是，如果火区封闭不严，惰性气体外逸，会污染矿内空气。 氮气灭火氮气灭火的作用是使火区中的氧浓度降低.氮浓度增高;提高密闭区的空气压力，减少漏风:利用低温氮的吸热作用，使火灾气体和矿岩的温度降低。注氮方法有:(1)在地面将瓶装液态氮注人蒸发器.在蒸发器中被加热成283K的气态氮，再通过管道由地面输送到密闭区内。(2)在地面把液态氮灌人专用车辆，送到使用地点，通过泵和管道在压力0. 4MPa和温度为77K的条件下，由喷嘴注人密闭区。(3)把液态氮灌人专用车辆，送到使用地点，注入气体灭火装置的扩散型冷却器内。在冷却器中氮与其它惰性气体相混合，最后由喷嘴将温度为1。。一25OK的混合气体喷射人密闭区。使用氮气灭火应注意:(1)向火区注氮前.必须用氮气冲洗整个巷道。(2)用氧气鉴定器不断测定管道排气中的氧的浓度，只有当排气中不含氧时才能开始向火区注氮。(3)火区排气过程中，回风侧的一氧化碳浓度将增加，因此，回风侧禁止人员通行。(们为获得良好的效果，要尽快地将氮注人火区。(劝要根据火灾熄灭程度，调节氮气注入量。 二氧化碳灭火将液态或固态二氧化碳送人密闭墙内后立即封闭，在火区温度作用下，液态或固态二氧化碳转换为大量气态二氧化碳时，吸收热量，降低火区内的氧浓度，使火灾熄灭。 (宋学义)
