胀管分子式:CAS号:性质:列管换热器管子和管板联结的一种形式。用胀管器(tube expander)将管板孔内的管子端部扩大,使管端发生塑性变化,管板孔附近的材料同时产生弹性变形;取出胀管器后,管板孔弹性收缩,从而箍紧了管子端部,使管子与管板紧密地联结在一起。管板孔可以是光孔,也可以在其内壁开1~2个槽;后者用于压力较高的场合。胀接法一般用于压力低于4MPa和温度低于300℃的情况。
