离心机/脱水机选型参数初论1 脱水体积 离心机转鼓内圆柱部分的脱水体积是指进入转鼓圆柱部分的液体的总容量,也可以理解为离心机实际工作的体积。脱水体积的大小直接决定了物料在离心机内的停留时间(见下述第2部分),进而决定了离心机的处理能力。用户在买离心机时,既不是买它的转鼓直径,也不是买它的长径比,更不是买它的电功率的大小,实际上买的是这部分脱水体积。脱水体积的大小才是脱水能力的最重要的参数。它是转鼓直径、长径比等诸多参数的最终结果,是离心机处理能力的核心参数。现以某离心机为例进行说明:计算圆柱部分的脱水体积应考虑:转鼓圆柱体部分的长度L(米),转鼓内半径re(米)及非液环区半径ri(米),ri可按re的60%考虑。 某离心机Dmax(最大转鼓直径)=470mm rmax(最大转鼓半径)=0.235m(re) ri=60%×0.235=0.141m Lcyl(圆柱部分的长度)=1.23m 脱水体积为:(π×re2×Lcyl)-(π×ri2×Lcyl)=(3.14×0.2352×1.23)-(3.14×0.1412×1.23)=137lts 2 物料的液相部分在离心机内的停留时间停留时间即液体从进入转鼓直至排出前所保持的时间。停留时间越长,达到的固-液分离效果越好,从而絮凝剂的耗量越少。 物料的液相部分在离心机内的停留时间Rt的计算公式为: Rt(秒)=3600(秒)×btdw(转鼓总的脱水体积) Q=进料流量(升/小时) btdw=转鼓总的脱水体积(升) 例:(1)某离心机X 处理量要求为Q=22m3/h 脱水体积=146升(装备的可调溢流堰坝的直径为:310mm) Rt=(3600×146)/22000=24秒 例:(2)某离心机X 处理量要求为Q=22m3/h 脱水体积=179升(装备的可调溢流堰坝的直径为:273mm) Rt=(3600×179)/22000=29秒 例:(3)某离心机Y 处理量要求为Q=22m3/h 脱水体积=73升(装备的可调溢流堰坝的直径为:273mm) Rt=(3600×73)/22000=12秒 通过对比例(1)和例(3),可以看到离心机X的脱水体积和停留时间均为离心机Y的2倍。如果20秒为合理的最少停留时间,那么离心机Y明显小于实际需求。如果采用离心机Y,则处理效果将不会满足要求,或者絮凝剂用量明显高于采用合理机型的情况。 3 物料的固相部分在离心机的“沙滩”部分的停留时间Rt
